What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 13 pm and check out at 12:00 (noon).

Can I leave the room late?
There is the possibility of leaving the room later than noon. You will always have to notify reception.

Can I choose the type of bed in my room?
You can choose twin beds or two beds.

Do the rooms have a balcony?
Some rooms have a balcony outside with a view to Puerta del Sol; other are inside rooms (with a view to the courtyard).

Is there room for smokers?
Yes, on request.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes.

Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
You can store your luggage free of charge and also during long absences.

Where I can park my car in a safe place? What does it cost?
There are numerous parkings near the hostel: Sevilla, Benavente square, Plaza de Santa Ana, Plaza de las Cortes, Plaza Mayor. The daily cost is approximate about 28 euros.

Where can I rent a car?
At the Atocha train station (7 minutes by metro) you will find several companies.

How is the neighborhood?
The district of SOL is the most tourist and charming.
